Maroma
What a day. Walking from 8.30 until 5, the last hour or so in rain. Only 17 km but felt longer. Huge climb of 1050 m to our highest point at 1420m. The walk was on the flanks of La Maroma and the whole day we were in magnificent landscapes. Tough walking on rocky tracks and a short section over exposed rock, and a couple of navigational errors added to the fun. We loved it despite the exhaustion that set in plodding through rain at the end of a long tough day to Alcaucin.
Can't get this pic to go right way up. Arrgh, technology defeats me again.

Seems like a lot of rain guys but the feasting and amazing landscapes must be making up for it! Xxx
